Talking to lizards seems to be what I do best some days. 
Sam posted this on his blog, with a whole slew of other lizard pictures, but I really liked how it turned out, so I wanted to put it up here. Just look at his big fat tail – a sign of a healthy gecko! I must say, Gerard and I were having a lovely conversation about cricket-catching techniques when the photographer scared all further conversation out of the gecko. After the camera popped up over the edge of the bed, he was too busy looking over his shoulder to talk to me any more.
